Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager Assistant to support the Warehouse Manager in daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will help coordinate warehouse activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth workflow in a fast-paced workplace. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in warehouse operations and leadership.

Responsibilities
Assist the Warehouse Manager in recruiting, training, and onboarding new hires
Support daily warehouse operations and assist staff with tasks as needed
Help assign work schedules and timesheets for warehouse employees
Prepare and review lists of outgoing shipments and coordinate timely dispatch
Oversee the reception, sorting, labeling, and storage of incoming materials
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations




Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
Assist in monitoring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Operate basic warehouse equipment and IT systems under supervision

Requirements
2 years more warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced physical setting
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office
Good communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude
Forklift certification is an asset
