Duties
Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and guidelines
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and safety of food
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen area
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
Support the chef and other cooks in various tasks as needed
Skills
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
