Marketing & Events Coordinator — Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our growth. This execution-focused role is ideal for someone capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously—from digital marketing to organizing large-scale events. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
Execute daily marketing initiatives (social media, emails, digital campaigns)
Support recruitment campaigns and branding initiatives
Plan and coordinate events (training sessions, networking events, corporate activations)
Manage timelines, vendors, and logistics from start to finish
Participate in the creation, planning, and distribution of content
Some graphic design
Support internal and external communications




Work closely with the management team to ensure project alignment

Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, events, and communications
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced setting
Experience with social media and email marketing tools
Availability and ability to travel regularly across Canada for events
Comfortable coordinating vendors and handling event logistics
Knowledge of graphic design (experience using Canva)
Bilingualism (French and English) required

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
