We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and repairing precision tools, dies, and molds used in the production process. Your expertise will ensure that manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CAD models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAD software to develop detailed tool and die designs.
Program CNC machines such as CNC lathes and CNC milling machines to produce exact components according to specifications.
Fabricate, assemble, and modify tools, dies, molds, and fixtures utilizing hand tools, welding equipment, and machining techniques.
Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy during manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot and repair existing tooling by analyzing schematics and machining parts to meet quality standards.




Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize tool performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, including schematics revisions, machining logs, and inspection reports.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker or in a similar machining or manufacturing role with a strong mechanical background.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent for designing tools and dies.
Skilled in CNC programming and operation of CNC lathe and CNC milling machines.
Solid understanding of machining processes, hand tools usage, welding techniques, and assembly methods.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and mathematical measurements accurately.
Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, schematics interpretation, and precision measurement tools.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot tooling issues efficiently.
