Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other shared spaces to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met
Handle waste disposal responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly
Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards and report them promptly




Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building upkeep
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are serviced thoroughly and on time

Qualifications
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety protocols
Valuable physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours
Respectful attitude towards colleagues and visitors, demonstrating professionalism at all times
