Join our agile team as a General Labourer and be a vital part of our construction and maintenance projects! In this energetic role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of various site activities by performing physically demanding tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring safety and efficiency on site. Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials around the worksite using manual handling or basic equipment
Support tradespeople by preparing work areas, holding tools, or fetching supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris, sweeping, and tidying work zones
Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and reporting hazards promptly
Help set up scaffolding, barricades, or other temporary structures to facilitate ongoing work
Perform basic site maintenance tasks such as digging trenches or assisting with minor repairs




Support team members in completing daily tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines

Experience
Prior experience in general labour or construction environments is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Comfortable working in team settings with explicit communication and cooperation
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability as core qualities
Ability to follow instructions accurately and adapt quickly to changing priorities
