We are seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical well-being. We are looking for someone who has the ability to build trust and rapport to optimize outcomes.

At Fanti + Associates, Physiotherapists we provide 1:1 high quality client centered care. We are known for this in the Thunder Bay community and region for almost 30 years.

This is a flexible hire of PT or FT working up to 40 hours/week.

Duties:
Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
Educate patients on proper techniques for self-care and injury prevention
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Stay informed about the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques and technologies

Qualifications:




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
Registered and in Good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs
