Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. This position involves assisting with various tasks to enhance the guest experience while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Duties
Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, beer, and mixers.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure efficient service.
Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to customer requests.

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.




Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Smart Serve is required.
