Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various manual tasks across different projects, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining a safe work environment. This role offers an chance to gain valuable hands-on experience. Experience in septic system installation, underground services, landscaping and construction an asset. Valid drivers license required. Wages based on experience.

Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment
Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance to ensure safety and organization
Operate basic tools and equipment as needed, following safety protocols
Support team members in completing project-specific tasks efficiently




Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Solid work ethic with attention to safety and detail
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
Prior experience in septic system installation or construction is a plus but not required
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license are essential.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
