Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating and assembling high-quality cabinets and furniture. This role requires a strong understanding of woodworking techniques and the ability to work with various materials. As a Cabinet Maker, you will play a crucial role in transforming designs into functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry.

Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble cabinets according to specifications and design plans.
Utilize woodworking tools and machinery, including CNC machines, to create accurate components.
Perform installation of cabinets in residential and commercial settings, ensuring proper fit and finish.
Restore and repair existing cabinetry as needed, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
Collaborate with designers and clients to understand project requirements and provide input on materials and finishes.
Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure all products meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.




Assist with construction painting, tile laying, concrete forming, or maintenance person tasks as required.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role in woodworking or carpentry.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Knowledge of various wood types, finishes, and construction techniques.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
A positive attitude towards learning new skills related to cabinet making and installation processes.
