Come join our independent used car dealership with over 35 years in business! We are seeking a Dealership Operations Associate to join our team. No previous automotive experience is required. We will provide comprehensive training in all operational aspects of the dealership.

Job Description
As a Dealership Operations Associate you will help with the day-to-day operations of the dealership. This is a hands-on role that combines working with vehicles, basic admin work, and helping out wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Work full time at least 5 days per week: four weekdays and Saturdays
Parking and moving vehicles
Wash, prep and maintain general cleanliness of vehicles and facility
Gas vehicles and maintain battery condition
Help with vehicle pickups and drop-offs when needed
Tag and keep track of keys
Coordinate with vendors and help schedule when needed
Assist with prepping cars for delivery by installing license plates and other duties
Licensing duties including drop off and pick up from the Ministry of Transportation office
Follow dealership processes
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
G driver’s license with a clean driving abstract (minimum 3 years driving)
Comfortable speaking and writing in English
Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is a plus
Comfortable using a Windows PC
Own a smartphone running iOS or Android
Strong attention to detail
Organized, dependable, and able to handle different types of tasks
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Previous dealership, admin, or retail experience is a plus
