We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Optician / Retail Sales Associate to join our vibrant team. As an Optician / Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to customers while promoting our products and services. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide expert advice on frames, lenses, sunglasses, and related products.
Assist customers with product selection, demonstrate features, and answer questions to enhance their shopping experience.
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
Maintain attractive product displays through effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales potential.
Support inventory management by restocking shelves,



organizing and conducting regular stock checks.
Provide guidance on use and care of eyewear to educate customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting for shoppers.
Utilize multilingual skills when interacting with diverse customer groups to ensure inclusive service delivery.

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service within an optometry practice or an optical store is preferred.
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations.
Familiarity with eyewear is preferred
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory effectively and maintain store presentation standards.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
