Ponoka FCSS is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Health Care Aides to join our team on a part-time & casual roles. This position offers versatile scheduling and the chance to grow into full time hours.

Schedule:
Part-Time & Casual Shifts
Hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Work takes place in both lodge and home settings

Key Responsibilities
Provide medication assistance
Assist clients with dressing and personal hygiene
Support with respite care
Assist with physiotherapy exercises
Prepare light meals
Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for clients

Qualifications & Requirements
Health Care Aide Certificate (mandatory)
Active status on the Health Care Aide Directory (mandatory)
Previous experience in a related field
Ability to work independently
Reliable vehicle with valid insurance
Clean Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
Strong sense of compassion and reliability when working with seniors and individuals with disabilities
