We are seeking energetic and dedicated Support Staff to join our team! Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous assistance throughout their visit
Delivering food, cutlery. and occasionally drinks to tables
Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our toast POS system
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations through regular cleaning routines
Assist with food handling, serving, and ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed
Support team members in setting up tables, restocking supplies, and managing guest requests, including reservations, large parties and take out orders




Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction

Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant background is highly preferred
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, or hospitality environments is advantageous
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or cashiering experience is a plus
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Experience working in hotel or barista roles can be beneficial but is not required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Serving It Right is a huge advantage with possible future training in either serving or bartending roles
