Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they walk in
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods




Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving protocols and customer interactions
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation standards within the food industry
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and order calculations
Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
