Redpath Raiseboring seeks a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and play a central role in developing our systems and applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development, from creating intuitive user interfaces to ensuring data flow and system performance.
Maintain skilled working relationships with management, colleagues, and client representatives.
Front-End Development:
Develop and maintain user-friendly, responsive interfaces for Redpath’s systems and applications.
Collaborate with Redpath’s regional leads to implement design concepts.
Optimize front-end performance.
Back-End Development:
Design, develop, and maintain back-end infrastructure to integrate the front-end.
Troubleshoot data flow and communication issues between the front and back end.
Remain available, within reason, to resolve downtime.
Code Quality:
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve technical challenges related systems and applications.
Proactively seek out opportunities for system improvement.
Review, update, and modify existing code as required.
Ensure the execution roadmap is followed, manage effort and deadlines to ensure completion of key deliverables.
Salary Range (Base) $68,000.00K - $93,000.00 - Based on knowledge, skills, and experience.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years (10 years preferred) of qualified full-stack development experience, with a focus on development operations (DevOps).
Computer Skills
Essentials: Typescript and Angular (front end)
Beneficial: Experience with Apache Pulsar or similar message queue systems
Office Suite.
Use of AI tools considered an asset (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).
