Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Server/Host/Hostess to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and assisting with food and beverage service to create a memorable dining experience. Duties
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently
Assist guests with reservations and waitlist management using POS systems such as Micros POS
Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring transparent communication with kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality
Handle guest inquiries politely via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining areas




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Process payments accurately using POS systems and provide receipts to guests
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly

Skills
Proven experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is preferred
Strong guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Positive phone etiquette for managing reservations and guest inquiries
Basic understanding of restaurant operations and food service procedures
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required

Pay: $17.60-$32.72 per hour
