Our dental office located in the heart of the Bloor West Village community is a welcoming, patient-centred dental practice in the heart of Toronto. We are committed to providing exceptional care in a warm and professional workplace. We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a positive patient experience while supporting our dentists in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Chair-side assisting during dental procedures including restorations, extractions, and hygiene appointments
Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms
Taking and processing dental radiographs (X-rays)
Maintaining accurate patient records and charts
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program (Level II)
Board-Certified through NDAEB
Experience in a dental setting is an asset
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Proficiency with dental practice management software is an asset
