We are seeking a skilled South Indian Cook specializing in Dosa and Parotta to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for authentic South Indian cuisine and experience in preparing traditional dishes. This role involves food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high standards of food safety and presentation. The successful applicant will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers through authentic meal preparation and excellent food service.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes, with a focus on Dosa and Parotta, ensuring traditional flavors and presentation standards are met
Handle all aspects of food preparation, including mixing, batter fermentation, and cooking processes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Serve dishes promptly and professionally to customers, ensuring satisfaction
Assist with inventory management and ingredient handling to ensure freshness and quality
Follow all food safety protocols during meal preparation and service




Collaborate with team members to deliver productive and high-quality food service

Experience
Prior experience in serving or preparing South Indian cuisine, especially Dosa amd Parotta, is required
Food handling and safety experience within a restaurant or food industry setting is desirable
Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a restaurant or commercial kitchen workplace with a focus on authentic Indian cuisine is required
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is essential
