Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Asphalt Raker Operator to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth and precise placement of asphalt during paving projects. Your active participation will help maintain our reputation for delivering durable, high-quality surfaces while working safely and efficiently on diverse construction sites.

Responsibilities
Rake, lute, and finish asphalt materials to required grade and surface tolerances.
Construct and maintain longitudinal and transverse joints.
Perform handwork around structures, manholes, valves, curbs, and tie-ins.




Support paving crews in maintaining production and paving efficiency.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years as an Asphalt Raker preferred
Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours during peak construction operations
Strong work ethic, with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Must be a member of, or willing and eligible to join the applicable union
