Family Braces is hiring a Receptionist who loves sales and values teamwork. This role is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on shared success. Every team member contributes to daily tasks and supports one another to keep our clinics running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a skilled, friendly manner.
Work collaboratively with your front desk team to complete daily checklists and administrative tasks.
Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, payment processing, and data entry accurately.
Educate patients on retainer packages, reinforcing the importance of retention.
Travel is required between our six Calgary locations (a reliable vehicle is necessary for short-notice coverage).

Qualifications
Team-oriented mindset with a strong understanding that success comes from collaboration, there is no “I” in this role.




Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Comfortable using Apple tech.
Full time availability, Monday to Friday.
This position requires full daytime availability and is not suitable for students or those balancing school commitments.
