We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our retail location selling Fudge, Chocolate dipped goodies, Ice Cream cones and more! As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as well as making and packaging confections to replenish stock. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers
Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as some production & packaging
Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
Experience:
Food secure is an asset
Cake decorating experience an asset
Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions
We offer competitive pay rates and provide on site training to help you succeed in your role as a Retail Sales Associate
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
