Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the warehouse operations, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer expectations. This roll will also be responsible for receiving Inventory and restocking shelves. The ideal candidate will possess robust organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and efficiency.

This is a 6 month full time contract during the our busy holiday season.

Duties
Perform order picking and packing tasks with precision to fulfill customer orders.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the warehouse.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals.
Build and assemble products as needed according to specifications.
Receiving Purchase Orders - Inspecting & documenting incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and condition of items before receiving in & restocking inventory.

Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse or Fulfillment Center is necessary.




Ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Working Workplace:

Job duties are performed in a climate-controlled warehouse, though temperatures can vary depending on the season.

Physical Abilities:

This is a hands-on position that often requires the ability to receive deliveries and ship packages weighing up to 40 lbs. The role also requires the physical ability to pick items stored at various heights, pack orders, and perform general housekeeping duties. Must be able to stand and walk the majority of the day.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in fulfillment and warehousing workplace
Health & Beauty industry experience a plus.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
