Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks related to Janitorial and commercial cleaning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in various environments.

Responsibilities
Execute commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or requests promptly
Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timelines while maintaining quality standards
Ensure client satisfaction with every job
Report any incidents or damages immediately

Requirements
Proven experience in multiple cleaning categories including janitorial, commercial, pre & post-event, pre & post-construction and carpet cleaning




Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to travel within Toronto, GTA.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Provide criminal background check and professional references
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
Solid communication skills for transparent interaction with team members and clients

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
