Prince Eddy's Brewing Company is hiring energetic, beer-loving Taproom Servers to join our team!

We're looking for someone with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, a love of good beer, and the drive to keep our taproom buzzing. You'll be the face of Eddy's, greeting guests, pouring pints, and keeping the vibe fun and welcoming for everyone who walks through our doors.

Experience with bartending, POS systems, keg changes, and draught systems is a robust asset and will be a leading factor in hiring, but if you're new to the industry, we're happy to train the right person. What matters most to us is a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and versatile availability.

Responsibilities:

Greet, assist, and provide beer service to guests

Maintain a clean and welcoming taproom, patio, and brewery space

Restock taproom products and support day-to-day operations

Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our beer lineup

Requirements:

Smart Serve certified (or willing to obtain)

Able to lift 50+ pounds (mainly kegs)





Able to stand for extended periods of time

High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have:

Prior bartending or serving experience

Skilled communication skills

Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a high-volume environment

Organization and leadership skills

Schedule and hours:

This is a part time position with occasional full time hours

We're open 7 days a week, year-round (closed Christmas and Recent Year's)

Typical brewery hours: 11am to 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, or 9pm, with special extended hours to 10pm

Availability on weekends and long weekends is a plus

Compensation and perks:

$17.60 to $20.00 per hour, plus tips
