Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and certified Journeyman with minimum 5 years of experience in custom home construction. The successful candidate will work independently or as part of a team, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to code. A reliable vehicle is required for travel between job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform skilled carpentry tasks, including formwork, framing, and finishing in residential settings.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Ensure all work meets safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Mentor apprentices and provide guidance on best practices.
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.

Qualifications:
Valid Journeyman certificate in carpentry with Red Seal endorsement.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience,



including formwork, framing, and finishing.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Own vehicle for travel between job sites.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred:
Experience with specialized tools, machinery, or software relevant to carpentry.
Previous experience in residential projects.

Work Conditions:
In office work, including indoor and outdoor environments.
Physically demanding tasks.
Travel between job sites as required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
