Duties
Washing Equipment and Access Mats
Prepare work sites and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools or supplies needed for tasks
Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks under supervision, following safety protocols
Operate simple machinery or tools as trained, ensuring proper handling and safety compliance
Parts runs and helping out around the shop - Must Have own vehicle
Support team members with various manual tasks to meet project deadlines
Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention




Follow all safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions immediately

Experience
Previous experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
