We’re currently seeking a Jr. Service Advisor to be the friendly and skilled first point of contact for our valued Service customers. This role is key to ensuring a seamless and premium experience for every guest who calls or visits our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule service appointments with efficiency and accuracy
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the Porsche brand
What We’re Looking For:
A cheerful, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
Previous experience in a dealership or call centre is an asset
Proficiency with computers and booking software
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
