We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, sandwiches, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, sandwiches and wraps according to company recipes and standards
Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using proper cashiering procedures
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations during shifts
Follow food safety guidelines during food handling and preparation




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality

Skills
2 years experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of POS systems
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing transactions accurately
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Effective time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours
Experience with food preparation and serving beverages confidently

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a vibrant team environment while delivering exceptional service. Prior experience in the food industry or as a barista will be advantageous but is not mandatory if you possess a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for customer engagement.
