Tourlas Lawn & Landscaping is a growing company focused on quality landscape construction and maintenance. We’re looking for an experienced crew member who takes pride in precision work and can operate at a high level.
This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone who already knows how to build properly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and driveways
Working with materials like pavers, natural stone, concrete, and wood
Site prep: excavation, grading, base prep, compaction
Building decks, steps, and other outdoor features
Installing planting, sod, and finishing details
Operating equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, plate tamper, saws)
What We’re Looking For
2+ years landscape construction / hardscape experience (required)
Ability to produce clean, level, tight installs
Comfortable running equipment and working efficiently
Robust attention to detail — especially in base prep and final finish
Reliable, punctual, and works well with a crew
Valid driver’s license
