Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Educator to join our team. This role involves creating a secure, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs, and fostering a love for learning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with special needs. Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety at all times
Support children with disabilities or special needs through tailored caregiving strategies and inclusive practices
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns
Assist in the development of individualized care plans when necessary




Foster positive relationships with children to encourage confidence and independence
Follow all licensing regulations and company policies related to health, safety, and child welfare
MUST HAVE VALID POLICE BACKGROUND AND FIRST AID CERTIFICATES
MUST BE BILINGUAL

Experience
Prior classroom experience working with young children is preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
Background in early childhood education or related caregiving fields is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to provide nurturing care and support to children of diverse backgrounds
Solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and families

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
