We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant/Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within residential settings, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, robust organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience in residential cleaning, laundry, and hospitality is mandatory. Fluency in English is mandatory. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality our guests expect.

Responsibilities
Removing dirty laundry from rooms, washing and folding laundry, and distributing the laundry.
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas of the hotel.
Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and household items
Ensure all areas are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and clutter
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated schedules




Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests courteously and professionally
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
Work well with others

Requirements
Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles preferred
Robust organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures
Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules based on hotel availability
