Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook and Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and restaurant standards
Cook a variety of dishes ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment
Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area at all times




Collaborate with team members to uphold excellent food service standards

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings preferred
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
Solid understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced workplace
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Prior experience with serving or food service roles is a plus
