Duties
Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools, workstations, and treatment areas
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
Engage clients with friendly communication, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
Upsell additional services such as body waxing or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Assist with retail sales by educating clients on nail care products and other beauty essentials




Follow all safety protocols and stay updated on industry trends to deliver innovative and current nail designs

Qualifications
Proven experience in nail care services with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to perform body waxing treatments is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated
Robust customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently to maximize client satisfaction and salon growth
Retail sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for product promotion
Must have at least 2years experience in the nail industry
