Server Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, serving food and beverages to our patrons with professionalism and efficiency.

Duties:
Greet customers warmly and take their orders
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
Deliver food and beverages promptly
Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Uphold food safety standards
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Experience:
Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting




Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
Proficiency in cash handling procedures
Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
Leadership skills to supervise and motivate team members
