Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team with a possibility of splitting dishwashing and also working as a line cook . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential in supporting our culinary staff and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties
Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
Assist in food preparation tasks as required, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service.
Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly.




Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques, is a plus.
Knowledge of food service best practices and food handling procedures is essential.
Strong attention to detail with excellent cleaning skills to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
