This position will work with the finance team to analyze and interpret driver trips to ensure the utmost accuracy of our billing and payroll activities. This position requires a highly motivated, detailed oriented and organized individual with solid communication and interpersonal skills and the availability to work independently .
Role
· Review and verification of drivers timesheets to enter for payroll.
· Review and interpret sales contract relating to billing.
· Investigate driver pay questions/concerns.
· Maintain impeccable records of trips analyzed, communication logs and the outcome of investigations.
· Coordination of special customer billing requests.
· Maintain SOPs on own account.
Qualifications and Core Competencies:
· Undergraduate degree or college diploma
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to consolidate, analyze and summarize large amounts of data from a variety of sources.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Robust communication, relationship building and problem-solving abilities.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently
· Logistics experience is an asset
