Under general supervision, perform duties to support quote, delivery requests and follow up on customer enquires. Liaison with all departments within CTI for requesting information for the customers, such as shipment delivery, orders, etc. Enter Customer information and product information. Follow up with internal departments to support the customer requests and provide up-to-date status to the customer on their orders via phone and email. Review received documents (request for quote, purchase orders, etc.) with responsible department and, or customer service manager, follow up with customers. Release Process Travelers to production, follow up with Production manager and provide update to customer on deliveries. Follow up with responsible departments on Customer enquires provide update status to the customer on their enquiry/complaint. Pull spare inventory and execute RMA process travelers to support customer’s investigation/complaint. Release completed process traveler to customer files or to quality department for review,
or to engineering department. Follow up internally to customer order change and provide update to the customer as needed. Customer Service Representative must check for material availability in stock prior to the release of job to production. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Must have customer service experience in PCB Manufacturing environment. Valuable communication skills and valuable computer skills.
The successful candidate will either be a Canadian citizen or a Permanent Resident, and successfully pass a Security Screening assessment.
