Job descriptions :
Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options
Performing frame adjustments and repairs
Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment
Conducting pre-testing procedures using diagnostic equipment
Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way
Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes
Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments
Collecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficiently
Invoicing patients and using point of sale machine
Submitting insurance payments for patients
Scanning hard files

What do you need?
High aptitude with computers
Capacity to multitask, strong organization skills and productive focus
Experience in customer service
Ability to communicate positively with people
Comfortable taking and making phone calls
Valuable learning skills
High proficiency in English: be able to fluently communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
Works well in a team and independently

Evening Schedule: Thursday

Weekend Schedule: Saturday
