Zareh’s Jewellery is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our jewellery store. This is a part time position with the potential to become full time for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with computers and interested in both digital/technical work and customer service.

Responsibilities
Provide basic computer and technical support for daily store operations
Use Microsoft Office 365 for documents, spreadsheets, email, and other administrative tasks
Use Adobe Photoshop or similar photo-editing software to edit and prepare jewellery photos
Take high-quality photos of jewellery for our website and social media
Assist with basic website maintenance and content updates
Help prepare and organize product photos and information for online use
Assist with social media content and digital marketing when needed
Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression
Assist the jewellery sales team with basic customer service and sales activities
Help with general store organization and daily operations
Learn and assist with other digital projects and workflow improvements

Qualifications

Required:
Good computer skills and willingness to learn new software




Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Basic knowledge of Photoshop or photo-editing software
Basic understanding of websites and website maintenance
Good communication and customer service skills
Solid attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

An asset:
Knowledge of CAD jewellery design software, especially MatrixGold/Matrix
Experience with product photography
Experience managing websites or online stores
Experience with social media content creation
Previous jewellery, retail, or sales experience
