Key Job Responsibilities:
Serve food and beverages in dining room, room service and banquet settings.
Assist with the setup and tear down of banquet functions
Present bills to customers and accept payment.
Describe menu items including daily special for customers.
Describe and advise on wine and liquor selections.
Consistently offer qualified, friendly and engaging service.
Address guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
Assist customers with any special requirements.
Balance cash and record sales on POS system.
Clear and clean tables, trays, chairs.
Load bus pans and trays.
Set tables; replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
Replace linens as is required.
Answer all telephone calls to the correct standards and deal with all guest inquiries and reservations.
Allocate daily bookings to the table plan
Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation polices when handling food and beverage




Other duties as is assigned.

Additional Skills:
Required to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must have excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of restaurant and hotel food and beverage operations
Smart Serve certification required
