We are urgently hiring for:

Night Shift
Monday to Friday
10:00 pm – 6:30 am

Required Experience:
5+ years of CNC lathe experience
Robust CNC setup experience
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Ability to hold tight tolerances
Experience editing, proving out, and troubleshooting CNC programs
Solid understanding of tooling, inserts, speeds, feeds, and workholding
Ability to work independently once the job is laid out

Experience with HAAS NGC controls is strongly preferred.

Main Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes




Program, edit, prove out, and troubleshoot CNC lathe programs
Read drawings and confirm parts meet customer requirements
Select and prepare tooling, jaws, inserts, and workholding as needed
Complete first-off checks and in-process inspections
Identify and correct machining issues before they become larger problems
Maintain quality, efficiency, and safe work practices
Support continuous improvement on repeat jobs, setups, tooling, and cycle times
Follow Stellar’s quality and safety procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$45.00 per hour
