Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our energetic distribution team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient loading and unloading, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely. Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems
Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage
Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including inventory management and documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment in compliance with safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and ensure timely order processing




Perform basic mechanical tasks or troubleshooting as needed for warehouse equipment

Experience
Prior warehouse distribution experience preferred, especially in shipping & receiving or order picking roles
Experience operating heavy equipment including forklifts, load & unload machinery, or construction-related tools is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse management

This role requires a proactive individual capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting while adhering to safety standards. Candidates should be comfortable operating various types of heavy equipment and possess the physical stamina necessary for heavy lifting tasks.

Pay: $16.60-$25.35 per hour
