We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes with attention to flavor, presentation, and consistency
Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations
Oversee food handling procedures in compliance with safety standards
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area according to health regulations
Lead menu development and suggest recent dishes to enhance the culinary offerings
Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve skills and uphold quality standards




Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure excellent service delivery
Ensure timely preparation of dishes during busy hours while maintaining quality control
Uphold food safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management within the food industry
Supervising experience with team management capabilities
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
Solid understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Experience in hospitality settings with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Food service experience including serving guests is preferred
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating professionalism at all times

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
