Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting setting. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that all food safety and handling standards are met.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Make sandwiches, package & hand out baked goods
Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar area, equipment, and dining spaces to ensure a pleasant experience for customers.
Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety guidelines.
Provide customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.




Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management for restocking.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred but not required.
Strong cashiering skills with experience using POS systems.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.

Experiences
Minimum 1 year of experience as barista is preferred
