Commercial Installation Lead

Job Description:

New Construction and Renovation aluminum door/window installation. Insulated glass sealed units and some custom glass. Installation of other architectural products, hands-on service experience with windows and doors in commercial projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
Read blueprints, shop drawings or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
Install doors and windows using hand and power tools
Glazing
Prepare and clean up the work area as necessary
Process consistency
Follow all health and safety procedures as necessary
Must be able to work unsupervised
Strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications:
Must currently reside in Canada
Solid customer service skills are a must




Ability to think fast on your feet and confidently problem solve on the job site
Experience installing windows and doors
Experience with commercial aluminum system
Able to work independently and/or with a team
Reliable, independent and organized
Valid Driver’s License
Fall arrest training or aerial lift truck knowledge is a strong asset.
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, reports)
Attention to detail and respectful to company property/possessions
Adaptable to perform service jobs when required
Able to read, understand and perform site measurements
Blueprint reading
Follow detailed instructions efficiently and effectively
Willing to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary/wage ranges based on your level of experience.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
