Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel systems
Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
Clearly communicate repair status to Service Advisors
Work with the Parts Department to source required parts
Document all repairs and parts used for inventory and warranty purposes
Follow all company safety procedures and standards
Qualifications
Must hold a valid 310S or 310T license
Minimum 3 years of experience
Ford certification and/or Ford dealership experience is preferred, but ongoing Ford training will be provided
Reliable, dependable, and able to work efficiently
Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Must supply own tools, safety boots, and hold a valid driver’s license
Proficiency in English required
