Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with various concrete-related tasks, including form setting, finishing, and related construction activities. 2 main projects to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and experience or familiarity with concrete and general construction processes. This position offers an prospect to develop hands-on skills in a agile environment focused on quality craftsmanship and safety.

Responsibilities
Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to ensure smooth and durable surfaces
Install rebar and reinforcement materials according to project specifications
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans for accurate execution of tasks
Perform masonry work, including caulking, restoration, and flooring installation as needed
Support carpentry tasks related to form building and structural adjustments
Conduct welding or other specialized tasks when required for structural integrity
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
Assist with demolition, renovation,



or other related construction activities as directed
Lift heavy materials safely and assist in the transportation of supplies around the job site

Skills
Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment operation
Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing, and masonry techniques
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately
Knowledge of welding, caulking, flooring installation, and restoration processes is a plus
Robust understanding of construction safety standards and protocols
Physical ability for heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics enhances task accuracy
Experience in renovation projects or flooring installation is advantageous
