Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host to join the team at Bray's. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We do not consider this an "entry-level" position. We view the position of Host as a key role responsible for ensuring a smooth service.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests and escort them to their table.
Assist in seating guests according to seating plans, reservations, and guest preferences
Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff
Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
Assist servers as needed

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role,



preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
