Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Production Associate in Filter Production to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in assembling, inspecting, and packaging high-quality air filtration systems, while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently maintained. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic manufacturing and production environment.

Responsibilities
Inspect incoming materials and finished filters for defects, proper seals, and proper dimensions.
Safely operate light machinery, cutting equipment, and assembly tools
Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to
Conduct quality checks using measurement tools to ensure specifications are met




Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and optimize processes
Assemble filter units by following detailed instructions, ensuring proper fit, function, and safety compliance
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements
Proven experience filter production or related manufacturing roles
Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and robust attention to detail
Ability to work safely in an industrial environment while adhering to safety protocols
